sugarwaxing


Senangnya punya kakak cewek yang udah nggak serumah adalah mereka bisa lebih mengerti maunya kita tanpa perlu ketemu ttiap hari, karena kl ketemu tiap hari otomatis akan sering berantem, muahahaha. Dan senangnya sama mbak deasy minggu lalu dibeliin sugarwax, dari dulu emang pengen sugarwax cuma karena di malang nggak ada yang jual dan harus cari di online tapi belum nemu2 sampai akhirnya dapet gretongan ini, hihihi :p
Sugarwax ini mbak deasy jual 100rb/set, dapet satu toples kaca (tahan panas) sugarwax, 10 lembar depilatory sheet, sama 2 spatula. 



Cara pakainya sih lumayan ribet dikit buat orang males macem aku begini, haha.. gini caranya :
1. Panaskan sugarwax dengan cara di-tim, jadi toples yang udah dibuka) dimasukkan kedalam baskom berisi air, didihkan air sampai sugarwax meleleh tapi tidak sampai cair
2. Bersihkan kaki, keringkan, dan taburi bedak bayi
3. Oleskan sugarwax yang sudah hangat ke bagian yang akan dicukur sesuai arah tumbuhnya bulu, tutup dengan depilatory sheet selama kurleb 20 detik lalu tarik keras kearah berlawanan tumbuhnya bulu.
4. Voilaaa bulu2 sudah tercabut dengan sempurna, agar tidak iritasi oleskan baby oil atau depilatory cream ke bagian yang sudah di waxing
Bulu yang di wax benar2 terangkat sempurna, dan rasanya nggak sakit kok, ditepuk-tepuk sebentar aja udah hilang sakitnya. Yang jadi masalah adalah kalau mau waxing harus dilakukan dengan cepat karena sugarwax yang dingin akan langsung mengeras lagi, dan kalau belum selesai berarti kita harus tim sugarwax lagi, lumayan repot ya. Selain itu untuk bagian2 tertentu waxing ini tidak dapat dilakukan sendiri, supaya optimal hasilnya kita harus minta tolong orang lain, I think about do waxing with my sister next time, hahaha :D

Resume Assignment : International Business

Company are likely to open branch in near and cultural similarity because they possible at the understanding of that things. Location of branch provide duty-free access to every consumer in the trade bloc. But in some case, technological advances in communication and transportation helps company to expanse their market around the world. Today, company must view business strategy from global perspective. Business are formulated by production, marketing, and other strategis as components of integrated plans. Research and Development are important, so managers must do screening and analyzing to found out potential marketplace. By doing that things, managers probably get this two important issues concern, that are how to keep search costs as low as possible and examine every potential market and possible location. Here are four step process for managers to easily segment the screening of market and sites :
  1. identify basic appeal, company's goal by go international are exactly to increase sales and profit. This step is to explore the availability of the resources required. It's important to determine basic demand such as climate and major religion. Other important things are company's need at particular resources to carry out local business activities must be sure that they are available because imported raw material increase costs. Company also need to determine about labor, local interest, culture, etc
  2. assets the national business environment, managers should examine how domestic forces in the business environment actually affect the location-selection process.cultural forces affect site-selection decisions, company should attach local workforce for the purposes of production, marketing, service, etc. government regulation and goverment bureaucracy are also important because they can impose anything. politic, economic, financial, transportation, should have extra attention from company as reference to make decisions
  3. measure market and site potential, we have to explore the factors that further influence the potential suitability of markets and sites for operations. industrialized market, company needs to know about competitors, volume of nation products, wholesale structure, background market, retail sales, and future outlook to make forecasting market demand based on elasticity. the main variables commonly included in market-potential analyses are market size, market growth rate, market intensity, market consumption capacity, commercial infrastructure, economic freedom, market receptivity, and country risk. the most important things in company will be labor and management, employee;managers;and labor should understand about local workforce.
  4. select the market or site, as final step it needs to do screening process involves the most intensive efforts yet of accessing  remaining potential markets and sites. the specialized and technical nature of this analysis can be found in most textbooks on corporate finance, such as field trip and analyze the competitors. to analyze the competitors company need to know number of competitors, market per share, customer loyalty, potential threat, competitors control key, etc
